Laurens Schulman BV's employees take the utmost care when packing goods for dispatch. Nevertheless, the customer bears all risk of loss or damage during shipment.

All items are subject to margin scheme according to special rules: collectors items or antiques.

The listed prices are based on the average amounts realized on international auction sales and fairs. They have been fixed carefully and represent the current market value.

We stress that our prices are non-negotiable.

The descriptions of the articles have been prepared to the best of our knowledge and in good faith. We expressly guarantee the authenticity of the articles. The right to make a complaint will expire 14 days after delivery.

Difference of grading by grading institutions does NOT give grounds for returning bought items.

If your purchased article did not meet your expectations, you can return the article at your own risk up to 14 days after receipt. In that case, you will be required to pay the delivery charges, insurance costs and packaging costs. Once we have the undamaged article back in our possession, the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account. To ensure quick handling, please send us an e-mail to inform us that you are returning the item.

Giftcard:

1. These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Laurens Schulman BV (both in electronic and printed format).
2. Each gift voucher includes a unique code. This can be a numeric code and/or a text code. Each gift voucher is issued only once. You should therefore keep the gift voucher (including the code) in a safe place.
3. To redeem a gift voucher, place the selected items in the "shopping cart". When you are in the shopping cart, enter the code from your gift voucher in the field marked “I have a coupon code ". The voucher amount will then immediately be deducted from the total amount.
4. The nature, value, duration, expiry date or any other specific terms and conditions of use that may apply can be found on the gift voucher or in the letter (e-mail) containing the code. Each gift voucher is valid for a period of one year. The gift voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
5. Gift vouchers issued by Laurens Schulman BV may only be used to purchase items via www.laurensschulman.nl or to purchase from Laurens Schulman BV in person at trade fairs and events. Gift vouchers or the residual value thereof cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against existing orders.
7. The coupon code is unique and can only be redeemed against one order. If the total price of the order is higher than the value of the gift voucher(s) redeemed, the balance must be paid using one of the other payment methods: PayPal, iDEAL or bank transfer. If the total price of the order is lower than the value of the gift voucher(s) redeemed, the residual amount on the gift voucher will be forfeited. It is not possible for a residual amount to be refunded or retained.
8. Delivery costs:

If a gift voucher is purchased from our webshop as the only item in your order there is no delivery charge. If the gift voucher is purchased in combination with other items, the delivery charge will apply as outlined in the relevant section of our website.
