Delivery charges are based on the rates of PostNL and DPD, our selected carriers. Tick the service of your choice when placing your order, and the associated cost will be added to your order total. You can choose from the following options: Mailbox pack, parcel post, certified mail and insured service.

Shipping within the Netherlands:

Mailbox pack (PostNL)
The maximum size within the Netherlands is 38 x 26,5 x 3,2 cm (to a max. of 2 kg).  Mailbox pack includes track & trace as standard. The package is not insured

Parcel post (DPD)
Parcel post includes track & trace and insurance as standard.

Shipping outside the Netherlands:

Mailbox pack (PostNL)

Giftcard
If a gift voucher is purchased from our webshop as the only item in your order there is no delivery charge. If the gift voucher is purchased in combination with other items, the delivery charge will apply as outlined above.
