Obverse:
German Chancellor Fehrenbach  stands at the negotiation table and reluctantly signs the Disarmament and Coal Reparation Document. Minister-president Millarand, on his knee, guides Fehrenbach's pen hand. Lloyd George grabs Fehrenbach by the throat and holds a knife to him.

Reverse:
An ax labeled ENTENTE cuts into the stump of a German oak tree which is beginning to grow new sprouts. Overhead an approaching thunder cloud with lightening bolts and inscribed BOLSCHEWISMUS (Bolshevism).
